All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing displayed on the Viewrail website are subject to change without notice. Viewrail reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order until Viewrail has verified product availability and processing.
Custom fabricated products (including EdgeFloat stair systems with custom tread materials) are non-refundable once production has commenced. Standard hardware kits may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, unopened condition.
Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or freight charges unless explicitly stated. Viewrail reserves the right to correct pricing errors and will notify customers of any corrections prior to processing payment. Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of fabrication for custom orders.
Estimated lead times provided during the ordering process are good-faith estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery date. Viewrail is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our direct control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Viewrail cable railing and stair systems are covered by a 25-year limited structural warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Powder-coat finishes are warranted for 10 years against fading and peeling in residential applications. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, chemical exposure, or modification of components. Full warranty terms are available at viewrail.com/warranty.
Viewrail provides technical documentation, installation guides, and engineering drawings to assist installers. However, Viewrail is not responsible for ensuring that installations comply with local building codes, permit requirements, or inspection standards. It is the installer's and building owner's responsibility to verify local code compliance before commencing installation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viewrail's liability for any claim arising from product purchase or use shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. Viewrail is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
